Have you LIFTED the room to take pressure OFF the complete gear assbly?????? That is what I HAVE to do to get that bolt loose. Keystone does NOT assemble that system. They just install it. I have never had a problem removing the nut and popping the bolt out when you lift the room to remove the pressure on that assbly. If the bolt/shank is bent, then you will have to cut it off and then get a new CORRECT assbly. Do not use a threaded bolt, get the bolt with the shank. You can buy the complete Gear/flange assbly. It has the Gear, the Bolt and the 2 side oval flanges. Doug
