How to Work Hydro-Flame BRC10 Controls? Update #2

I think you remove the screw in photo then turn internal screw clockwise.
Turn out screw maybe one turn to see if resistance is reduced.
I tried to find manual at Bryantrv.com but no joy.
Might search for member Bryant rv. He would be great help.
