Hi,
I'd encourage you to go "whole hog" and get the Hughes autoformer. There is far more damage caused by the endemic low voltage at campgrounds, that by surges. Having a low voltage cut off is fine--but it is nice that I can run my roof air safely when connecting to a 100 volt (no load) 15 amp shore power supply.
