Is there sufficient hydraulic fluid in the central reservoir? I'm not familiar with the HWH systems for the View/Navion, but other class A models with LCI automatic jacks mention checking the fluid level in the reservoir at the main pump, wherever that is for the HWH systems?
It might just be low fluid causing any number of false errors. Checked for leaks?
Beyond that as a guess, I have no idea. Sounds electrical from the symptoms, but maybe it's a simple mechanical/hydraulic issue.
If you do need to fill it up, make sure the jacks are all retracted. If you fill the reservoir with them extended, when they retract they'll probably cause the fluid in the reservoir to overflow. Messy.
