My Magnum 3000 Hybrid supplies the entire coach as I did no sub-panel for it. However I have only 30amp service and 1 A/C and I still needed to get a Micro-Air Easystart on the A/C to keep the Magnum from complaining about the 70amp start current on the compressor.
I like having the whole coach run off the inverter, solar or alternator helps run the A/C using Load Support VDC if I want and the shore amps setting is for the whole thing.
With a 50amp coach I would do a sub-panel and pick which loads it ran.
