Probably they have been sending you remanufactured motors. If the reman facility purchased a bad batch of seals or if someone was installing them improperly there could have been a whole run of them that leak.
I would pull the motor and take to a local hydraulic rebuilder for inspection and a new seal.
x2 on check the fan for imbalance.
