Well, this is incredibly frustrating.
Yes, I would be fine putting springs on, or doing pretty much anything, given the time. I swapped out a transmission a couple of times. BUT I have injured both hands, and cannot turn a wrench for the next few months (at least).
And so far, I cannot find a shop. The 4x4 shops want to do offroad only. The car shops want to do stock work only. The custom shops want to do glam stuff only. The spring shops have closed/retired. There is no local RV shop.. I might call a mobile one next. I am scared of what they might charge me...
A very nice guy at a wheel shop said I should find a place that does beefing up for delivery vans and taxis. No, he did not know who.
