Been looking and asking questions for a couple week about solar, didn't want to spend the money right now but I also don't want to run out of juice while hunting for 2 weeks so I ordered this kit, Win...

Only problem with roof mounting.... and I know a lot of people that do mount on their roof ... you'll always need to be out from under trees and such. At least with a free standing mount that you can move, you can keep it in the bright sun. Just a thought? I think you're on the right track ... until it snows and burys the panels!
