Here's my advice: Go ahead and spend $2,000.00 to try and win the approval of people who are never going to be happy.

It doesn't matter if you're only going to use it in the Alaska wilderness, somebody in a Florida RV park is going to complain about your noise. These people have already thrown their money away on red or blue generators that bring no additional benefit for the money. The only "quiet" generator is a solar panel--unless you paint it yellow.
