I would suggest you think about a solar panel again. You can get a 100 watt panel for about $150 from solar blvd. If you can put the panel within 100 feet of POPUP, you can just get enough wire to hook directly to your battery. You can get a cheap PWM controller for about $15 on e-bay, but if you watch your battery voltage you can just hook up directly to the battery.

I would also suggest you think about a second battery; if not, next time you replace the battery get a good deep-cycle #27.
