Ok, it is all scenario. I would leave one back so the fridge stays on.
If it is not hot and nobody is back at the rig opening the fridge door every five minutes, then take that batt too.
My preferred recharge method is to have the Honda and portable charger in the truck bed and put all the batts to be recharged in there and get it done.
As said before, park somewhere nice away from the campground and read a book or relax in a lawn chair enjoying the view, or go to the dog park for a while, till the batts are done up.
