Correct, save your money. My 5W couldn't keep up with just the battery drain of parasite load. Useless IMO

Wife had idea of putting in some of those cheap stick on flashlights, can't believe how much they helped. Couple bucks a each. Did the LED thing last year, helped a lot. With frig on propane, just water pump, we can go until gray water gets full. Keep the same hours as the chickens.
We have one group 27 battery.
