I was in a c/g this summer that insisted on a $100 'deposit' and they had a little blurb at the bottom of the rule sheet that you signed. When I asked if it was related to my dogs the host smiled and said its for ALL the rules. Don't pick up after your dogs, leave trash, etc, etc., you're out $100.
Start your diesel and let it idle for more than a few moments at 6AM, and it'll be a $100 warm-up.
It seemed the c/g was popular with contractors with diesel pickups. They were all very well-mannered contractors now though. LOL.
