Is anyone running a domestic fridge on a cheapie inverter. Probably not one of the monsters like pictured above, but the much smaller high-frequency ones, also from eBay?
I keep toying with the idea of a small chest freezer in my truck bed, since my RV freezer only has the capacity for one ice cube tray and one small steak.
I'd wire the inverter into the truck electric, with an isolator so its only running when the engine is running. Probably tuck the inverter into a battery box where the 2nd battery would live if I had the diesel.
