Yep, it surprised me how many watts a coffee maker is. Mine is very close to the same wattage as my m-wave (~950). I bought the m-wave specifically because of its relatively low power requirements. Twisty knob controls instead of digital as well. When it’s off, it’s off.
The inverter can comfortably handle the coffee maker or the m-wave on its own, but as I said, most of the time the Yamaha 1000 is already running so it shares the load.
