Hey guys...he said he has already replaced the tstat with no change.
You could have a propane regulator issue
Light all of your stove top burners....then turn on your furnace and when it tries to light what happens to the flame on your burners.
If they shrink and get smaller you probably have a propane pressure issue.
And ditto on others advise of you need great 12volt voltage
