Im not familiar with that type,of heater,but would offer my experience with natural gas household stove which wouldn't start.
Called a repair man as I wouldn't even know what to look for,so he measured voltage between some wires and noticed two wires were losely connected at the end,
so he removed one marete and screwed new one on and the furnace started right away..
So you might want to check for any lose wires,sometimes it's the simple things like that
