You reckon he doesn't know how to feed more electricity into his little house?
IMO the most practical/quick/safe fix is to heat the place with electric heaters. Then, he can take time to learn how to diagnose the furnace.
BTW I majored in engineering, but I learned the RV stuff on my own. Well, with the help from people on the RV forums. Thanks
