The guy/gal is living in a FEMA trailer while going to college. Might have a job, too. Other than neglecting the furnace problem for 9 months, it sounds like they're willing to do what they gotta. Perhaps, they fixed the issue with info given early in the thread or found the issue themselves. I hope so. I'm sure lots of people get lots of info around here without coming back for an update.
It got really cold a little early this year, and they had a plan (access door install), albeit not the best plan, but they got caught with their pants down. At the least, I wish them good luck. At the most, I hope they learned something. If it's a Troll, oh well, what are you gonna do?
