I think I have the same setup as you have and have marginal results even though I have two fans in the rear compartment of the fridge and one inside the refrigerator up against the fins.I see a sheet metal piece fastened to the outer wall of the rear of the refrigerator enclosure about midway up and an aluminum sheet at the top that is sort of bent away from the top of the refrigerator towards the outside of the rv.
