Thanks for the very informative pictures. Unfortunately my original setup with the baffle is like your "after" setup except that I also added two vent fans in the same position as yours. Not sure if any of the fans, of which I installed three, two outside and one inside the fridge nor any of the extra insulation that has been added has done much measurable good. I think my problem has to do with a hot soak condition because the fridge is sitting on the floor and directly under it is the muffler and at times during traveling, the floor temperature hits 104 degrees Fahrenheit. There's absolutely no room to add insulation so I guess I'll just have to live with it. the fridge is pretty much running all the time that I'm traveling and can barely maintain 43-45 degrees Fahrenheit.
