In a bit of a predicament (Black Water tank full and frozen)

IS this tank in an encosed area? are the pipes also encosed?

If so then as God is rumored to have said LET THERE BE LIGHT.

A "Trouble light" or Drop light (Caged lamp) 100 watt rough service, Incandascant will generate 100 watts of heat. this may be enough to warm it up or you coudl use 2 or 3 spaced through the compartment.. I have around 350 watts of light in my encosed wet bay. raises it about 10 degrees.
