I removed a good portion of the intake fan restriction and changed the airflow so the single fan sucks in cool air from underneath the fridge and pushes it out the louvered vent behind the fridge with no chance to be recycled.
I have not yet made provisions so that the condenser heat enters the living compartment in wintertime so that I can also close the louvered vent behind the fridge.
The whooshing sound from the fan has lessened. The duty cycle remains under 30% at 75f.
