Even a small fridge will generate quite enough heat in a small kitchen. Together with kitchen stove it could eliminate the need in dedicated heater or furnace, at least in the weather above freezing.
Your intake is now only in front below the fridge, right? In summer this doesn't make a difference VS intake of outside air through the grill in the wall (typical solution in TT). But in a cold weather the intake of outside air must be more efficient. Just thinking...
One more thought - since air is not vented out through the rear wall, did you think of installing a roof exhaust vent (that could be shut off for winter, naturally).
