I finally finished the new insulated shelf upon which the fridge resides, and I cut down the former drawer for underneath to fit under this lowered shelf.
I cut 5 more holes in the drawer for airflow for about twice the total surface area of the Noctua fan aperture.
Pretty significant airflow.

I wound up sealing the cabinet's hardwood cleats and plywood with polyurethane. Because it was stinky I temporarily placed the 80mm 24v 0.05a fan in the exit shroud so I wouldn't have to smell it all day and night.
I brightened the square where the 80mm fan is. Friction fit.

The drawer in place reduces whooshing sound from fan and the low humm of the compressor by an estimated 15%.
Still mulling over the design to divert condenser air to living area.
