I remember reading a blog entry from an RV'er with an bus converted to a MH. He was parked under some lines and experienced what you did. He is an engineer and had the equipment and knowledge to do some testing and determined it was coming from the over head lines.
He moved to another parking spot.
I've read several other posts with shock/vibration stories and it turned out to be the pedestal or extension cord was wired improperly.
I had it happen once when I was washing the TT, it was a bad extension cord.
