Those overhead high voltage transmission lines (220KV-500KV) can definitely induce voltage...........they are not insulated------bare wire.
Get within 13' of them and you can become part of the circuit......which is not a problem as long as you are not grounded or within 13' of one of the other lines (phase to phase, phase to ground--------poof)
