You can measure the field intensity at both the near and far field distances to determine if the energy is at safe levels.
A 60 Hz signal has such a long wavelength that the actual energy that can be induced into short wavelength items is probably pretty low.
You should probably look for other possible causes (like the solar panel grounding and installation) as well as the induced voltages.
