I just did this myself last weekend. I don't remember which model Honeywell I used but can check later tonight when I get back there. I do know that the furnace hookup was easy, I am still not sure I got my AC correct but am not worried about that right now.
I will check later and give you some updates but the furnace portion should be easy.
