The EMS system does NOT affect the NON controlled breakers. Non Controlled----You do mean the breakers that do NOT shedd when the EMS shedds --Correct? You have 120 power to the breaker panel---The 2- 50 amp breakers will each have 120 volts on 30 and 50 amp. I have NEVER seen a Intellitec EMS system show 50 amps when 50 amps is NOT available. You need to check the 50 amp breakers at the breaker panel for 120 volts. Doug
