As a load I used a oil filled heater with 600/900/1500w settings to bring down the voltage. Even getting down in to the 12's didn't cause the controller to change after it had been connected to all four panels while cloudy. It's like it picked a point and gave up.
But excellent work and it adds to our knowledge.
