After reading landyacht's comments about alternator voltage, I've been monitoring mine on the 2016 RAM 2500 Cummins with 220A alternator and dual starting batteries.
Except for a few seconds after startup V has always been at 14.3-14.5V over the last couple of days. Maybe because the engine has been on for only 40min max? There have been no extra heavy loads on it. And dunno if that's a characteristic of this particular truck, maybe the OP's is different. Certainly landyacht's seem different.
Even on longer trips don't recall ever seeing it in the 13's, but wasn't monitoring it closely back then. Can't imagine that a steady diet of 14.4V on a long drive is that good for the batteries.
Anyway, alternator V (and amps to his AGMs) is something the OP may want to monitor on his truck.
EDIT: V measured by an unloaded, after-market inverter connected via a Battery Isolator and 6awg cables to the batteries.
