DLO is diesel locomotive cable rated for two thousand volts. I consider it to be the toughest, most durable and well made electric cable short of aerospace grade. The insulation on DLO is as tough as any cross-link polyethylene. Far far far more cut and abrasion resistant than the genuinedealz or Anker grade cable. The tin plating on the wire strands is twice as thick. The DLO is rope stranded. I have a few hundred feet of various AWG.
DLO has thicker insulation to achieve a higher voltage rating. This would be my overwhelming 1st choice for under the vehicle cable runs. Use red heat shrink for positive cables. Too late I see this is not an advanced post form. Look below for cable terminals that are killer...
