I would look at the "1 2000 watt and a 3000 watt hybrid inverter with load support with two more batteries" option. The Honda 2k will *almost* run the AC at altitude, with the inverter covering the startup surge, and any shortfall, The 600 watts of solar on the roof will keep the inverter running far longer. I would get the "75 amp PF corrected charger" BFL13 talked about as well.
