Magnum is one of the few brands that can actually be repaired, versus throwing it away and buying a whole new unit.
Have you gone into the FAULT section of the remote and written down the fault code history? This might give more insight into what's going on.
Push the TECH button on the remote, and then wheel down to 04 FAULT HISTORY, click the wheel and then click again for 04A INV FAULTS. Wheel through the information and copy down what's going on.
