Inverter only runs when when generator runs or shore power.

Greetings, Just bought a class A and the only time the 12 volt system runs is when I am plugged into shore power or I run the gen. I know there are switches that cut off your house from the coach....

Checking the batteries at the battery post was 12.6 volts, I didn't check the voltage with shore power or the Motor Home engine running. I will put the meter on next time I see daylight...
