So far you giving confusing answers each time.
Now you are saying that when not plugged in you have no 12v circuits working (12v lights, etc.). House-batteries disconnected from the circuit.
This can mean only one thing. The battery-disconnect solenoid has failed. The separate inverter could work if wired separately to the house-battery bank. In your case it looks like it was wired to need the House-batteries connected.
Without a working solenoid you are out of luck. See an experienced RV repairman.
