From the description
You are using more power from the batteries than you are putting back
You need to run the generator more and use the inverter less
You might need new batteries and maybe more of them
But you certainly need to charge them more
Use the inverter for TV and charging mobile devices
But run the generator for the coffee maker...microwave, any electric cooking, hair dryer etc..
Make sure water heater is on propane aka L.P. not electric
Make sure the fridge is on propane L.P. Not on auto where it might be running on electric from the inverter which pulls lots of power from the batteries to power the heating element that makes the fridge work
if the fridge has an ICE maker..turn it off..it uses electric power
and you might need 3~4 hours (maybe more) of generator run time (every day)
JUST to do battery charging
you did not mention shore power
IF you are plugged in somewhere and have this problem..then you probably have problems with the "automatic transfer switch"
that switches between generator and shore power..which should be keeping everything powered up
