Thanks, typical use would be hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc.. (not simultaneously obviously).
From what I've read a MSW unit will probably work for all of the above but for the price difference I figured I might as well go PSW. West Marine has unit with a built in transfer switch & remote monitor which is appealing but it actually complicates my wiring as the batteries are no where near my shore hook ups.
The other advantage is that there's a West 10 blocks from home
