Inverter prices
I'm looking at a 2000w pure sine wave inverter and the prices are all over the map. Can anybody explain the difference between a $200 unit and a $1000 one? They all seem to have the same features...

My 2kw 24v Samlex will not run my air. My old Prosine 2k would. Not that I need to do that, but by comparison I paid a whole lot more for the Pro.
Fan is noisy, and runs whenever my heated mattress pad calls for power, which is not much. The Sam is in the basement where I'm not bothered. I could hear the Pro's fan too, but it didn't run as much. I have not compared the weights of each.
