The voltage that the batteries get down to while inverter is running a microwave, eg, depends on the size of the battery bank and on how low the batteries are.
With two 6s you can run the microwave and the voltage will stay above the 11v alarm setting as long as the batteries are above about 75% full. With four 6s, you can stay above 11v when the batteries are down to 50%
11.9v will mean your inverter will quit right away.
So on that type of unit the voltage will dip under load and still not reach a shut off point? Always learning, thanks.
