Red button in the middle might be a reset ?
60 amps would be enough for the 50 amp charger section of the unit
But to small for the inverter draw amps
1000 Watts would pull closer to 90 amps
You need to verify numbers to get the load rating
Use your multi meter, check each side with the red probe
Ground the black p probe to chassis or battery negative
See if you'd have voltage on both sides of the breaker
Simple test, you just need to crawl back under there
