Update guys i ripped out the freedom 10 and put in the freedom 20 and at first i thought it was all fixed, but now I'm thinking I still have the exact same issue. My control panel still does not recognize the shore power when I hook it up like it used to. The reason I thought it was fixed is the freedom 20 is so powerful it actually runs my rooftop ac unit. Good news I guess there that it is not fried. So basically im back to square one w a more powerful unit. This makes me think the freedom 10 may also still be fine because it was doing exactly the same thing. As stated in previous post my shore plug comes from outside and goes directly into the unit. This has me thinking now that it is my actual shore power plug that is somehow toast?! Is that possible? If so boy did I do a lot of work for something that would have been easy to change LOL.
