The internal transfer switch was suspect this whole time, but now that i have the exact same issue with 2 different units I don't think that would be the case. One guy in another forum suspected the control panel as well, and yes the power switch on the inverter is set to off while you are using the control panel. I have tested the output of the inverter using control panel switch and inverter switch though. I am a novice to this stuff but **** I have learned a lot and feel comfortable saying at this point its just freaking weird LOL! I wonder can i eliminate the batteries from the loop to just try the shore power alone? I don't see how it would work since they are such a huge part of the unit but just thought maybe that would be a good test.
