Tried disconnecting the control panel and everything acts exactly the same. Also have verified I have a proper 30 amp 110 outlet. I also just for good measure tried it in a 20amp different one. I tested my battery when running the roof top AC and it dropped to 11. something volts so im pretty sure its running off battery not shore power. It's like my rv has forgotten how to allow the shore power through the system and I have tried it w 2 different units.
