I understand that is sounds like the transfer relay or control circuit are bad. That is the conclusion we came to on the original freedom 10 unit. That is why I bought a second working freedom 20 unit and installed it. What are the chances that the transfer relay and control circuit are bad in both? Like exactly the same issue w both units. Esp when the ebay auction for the freedom 20 that I just bought said it was a working unit just pulled from an rv. Maybe the seller lied or it got damaged in transit? Seems very unlikely. The remote panel is the only thing still seeming suspect but it is controlled with only a phone line wire from the main unit. Could that be causing my problem?
