yeah that is strange
according to the manual
output IDLE voltage, no loads turned for the inverter to power
10v to 55v
15vac idle is near perfect
dip switches 7&8 control power sharing
this is the ability of the inverter to reduce battery charging when there is a load using power on the pass thru
normally comes set for 15amps
which is the max setting
