I see the dip switch information in the manual and I understand it ok. The only thing I would say is that I did not change any of the dip switch positions during this whole ordeal so they should still be in the proper location for my rig? Unless they "trip" like a breaker, but i don't see anywhere that indicates that. I will check these trouble shooting indicators they are talking about. I am still suspicious of this remote control panel, but we unplugged it from the unit and tested everything separately so I don't see how it could be the problem? One thing I need to confirm is the remote panel is the same for a freedom 10 and 20. It looks the same and works and shows the same readings as the 10 but I think it does specifically say "freedom 10" on the front.
