Inverter whine - exceedingly high pitched
There is a fairly faint very high-pitched whine from our Go Power 1750W Inverter HD when it's on. We have used it since 2006 so I know that everything is correctly wired and all connections are tight....

That is the normal whine of a switching power supply. Some are louder than others but it is not an indication of anything failing. ALL inverters whine, it just depends on how loud they are.
