Invertor size for a refrigerator
I have a refrigerator rated at 6.5 amps max. Would a 1000 watt pure sine inverter be sufficient? Nothing else would be on the circuit.

Others have posted they have had success with running their fridges on 120v with 1000w inverters. I doubt it matters whether PSW or MSW for a fridge. Only a few things won't work on MSW.
Of course, if it is not a big dollar issue, a PSW will be sure to run anything, so that would be the choice in that case for max flex.
